How can you make a relation a supplier or customer of specific products?

Do you want to make your relation the supplier or customer of specific products? And restrict the relation to be used in contracts for specific products only?

In Qbil-Trade, you can usually associate one or more than one product with a single relation in the “products” tab. This is usually helpful when a relation is involved in the supply or purchase of specific products and you want to restrict the usage of these products to these relations only.

Product-Specific Usage Restrictions in Contracts #

To restrict the usage of this relation to specific products in contracts, check the “purchase restricted” checkbox for products where the relation is a supplier and the “sales restricted” checkbox for products where the relation is a customer. This ensures that the products can only be used in contracts related to those specific relations.

  • Unable to find invoice for export in current month

Invoices are displayed on the export screen in a particular month. The month of the invoice is taken from the invoice date and not from another date, such as the due date.

The invoice date is therefore leading in terms of month for export periods. For example: Invoice date 22-05-2022 and due date 15-06-2022. This invoice will appear in the export under the month May.
