Why can’t I export this invoice?

An invoice not appearing in the export screen can be caused by various reasons depending on how your organization works. There are a number of configuration options that can influence this too.

A few things to check:

  • Have you checked if the invoice hasn’t been exported already?
  • Have you printed or e-mailed the invoice yet? (Config dependant)
  • Have you finalized the order line in the order screen yet? (Config dependant)
  • Are the invoice date month and month of export the same month?

  • Unable to find invoice for export in current month

    Invoices are displayed on the export screen in a particular month. The month of the invoice is taken from the invoice date and not from another date, such as the due date.

    The invoice date is therefore leading in terms of month for export periods. For example: Invoice date 22-05-2022 and due date 15-06-2022. This invoice will appear in the export under the month May.
