When you have added a (new) product to the product root data and are not able to find the product in the contract screen, there could be several explanations.
The 2 most common reasons are:
- Not having selected a subsidiary for the product;
- Having restricted the product for purchase, sales, or both.
In order to resolve this, go to the product in the product root data and check the following fields:
Please make sure the relevant subsidiaries are selected for the product, and make sure the product isn’t restricted for purchase, sales or both.
