Relation does not show up in the Orders ‘ON CALL’ cost type dropdown

When a relation does not display and is not a selectable option in an order cost dropdown, this is most likely caused by not having the order cost type selected in the relation root data.

To fix this issue, you will have to go to the relation in the relation root data you expected to see here. Once the relation is opened, find the “extra invoices” section in the general relation data. Check the type of order costs applicable for this creditor.

  • Unable to find invoice for export in current month

    Invoices are displayed on the export screen in a particular month. The month of the invoice is taken from the invoice date and not from another date, such as the due date.

    The invoice date is therefore leading in terms of month for export periods. For example: Invoice date 22-05-2022 and due date 15-06-2022. This invoice will appear in the export under the month May.
