Product list

General description #

The product list report is a generic report in Qbil-Trade that gives you the outline of all the products that you deal with and have added to the root data, including active and non-active products. The report along with the product name gives the other details related to a product like a group, code, description, etc. The report will also provide you with the different stacking and packaging details of these products. For products made through production orders, the warehouse where the product has been produced is also mentioned. In addition, the report also specifies the subsidiary of a company that is using a product.

Columns #

  • Product Group: This column shows the product group a product has been added into. In the product list report, it fetches the data from the product screen field “Product Group”. On hover, the column displays the info text “The product group the product belongs to”.
  • Product code: This column shows the shortcode entered for the product. On hover, the column displays the info text “Short code of the product.”
  • Product Description: The product description columns display the translation of the product added in the various languages.
  • Inactive: When a product is checked inactive in the product screen, it shows YES in this column, otherwise it displays NO. On hover, the column displays the info text, “Is product active.”
  • GN Code: The details added in the “GN Code” field of the product screen are fetched in this column of the product list report. On hover, the column displays the info text, “GN code of the product.”
  • Packaging: The packaging value of the product selected in the “Default Packaging” field on the product screen is displayed in this column. On hover, the column displays the info text “Packing of the product.”
  • Quantity per package: This displays the quantity of product in one packaging unit. The details in this column are fetched from the field “Quantity per Packing” on the product screen. On hover, the column displays the info text “Weight per packing”.
  • Pallet type: The “Default Pallet Type” selected on the product screen is displayed in this column. On hover, the column displays the info text “Default pallet type.”
  • Packings per Pallet: This column gives information on the stacking details of the product. It fetches the data from the “Default stacking details” field of the product screen. On hover, the column displays the info text “Default stacking details.”
  • IDTF Number: The IDTF number of the product added to the product screen is shown in this column. On hover, the column displays the info text “IDTF number of the product”.
  • Warehouse: This column displays the name of the warehouse in which a product has been produced, in case of a production order. On hover, the column displays the info text “Warehouse where the lot is stored.”
  • Subsidiary: This column displays the name of the subsidiary using the product. On hover, the column displays the info text “Subsidiary that owns the contract/lot”.

Accounts and Financial

  • Unable to find invoice for export in current month

    Invoices are displayed on the export screen in a particular month. The month of the invoice is taken from the invoice date and not from another date, such as the due date.

    The invoice date is therefore leading in terms of month for export periods. For example: Invoice date 22-05-2022 and due date 15-06-2022. This invoice will appear in the export under the month May.
