Customs office

General description #

Customs offices are the official authorities at the international borders (ports, airports, etc.) that are responsible for imposing and collecting taxes for the goods shipped “from” or “to” the country. Customs offices are added in Qbil-Trade for international purposes. You can provide a code and description of a customs office.

The screen is available only for customers with the configuration “customs_office” set to true.

  1. Press or click “New”.
  2. Enter the mandatory field code & description.
  3. Press or click “Save” to add a new customs office in Qbil-Trade.

Accounts and Financial

  • Unable to find invoice for export in current month

    Invoices are displayed on the export screen in a particular month. The month of the invoice is taken from the invoice date and not from another date, such as the due date.

    The invoice date is therefore leading in terms of month for export periods. For example: Invoice date 22-05-2022 and due date 15-06-2022. This invoice will appear in the export under the month May.
