Can’t delete contract; still in use

When you are trying to delete the contract and you are not allowed to because the contract is still in use, this can be caused by many situations depending on the configuration options and modules you are using within Qbil-Trade.

The first thing to check is the order section of the contract, where any possible linked orders may appear. As long as there is at least 1 linked order to a contract, a contract cannot be deleted.

If there are no linked orders to the contract and you still can’t delete a contract, then there are a few more possible reasons, this depends on which modules you have in use in Qbil-Trade.

  • A commission invoice(s) in the broker section of the contract
  • A precalculation, shown in the product section of the contract;
  • A proforma invoice, shown in the top section of the contract;
  • Or a prepaid invoice, shown in the top section of the contract;

  • Unable to find invoice for export in current month

    Invoices are displayed on the export screen in a particular month. The month of the invoice is taken from the invoice date and not from another date, such as the due date.

    The invoice date is therefore leading in terms of month for export periods. For example: Invoice date 22-05-2022 and due date 15-06-2022. This invoice will appear in the export under the month May.
