Disable contract saving after authorisation

This configuration allows for disabling the save button when the contract is authorised. This makes sure that no more changes are made to a contract if the contract has already been authorized by the user with contract authorisation permission.

contracten.disable_saving_on_authorization: true/false

The save button is disabled once the contract is authorised. To make changes, the user needs to unauthorize the contract by unchecking the “allow email” checkbox, but this action requires access right to permission contract authorization. If the user doesn’t have the permission, they should contact the user with the required permission to unautohrise the contract. Once the contract is unauthorised changes can be made to the contract. This process ensures that unauthorized changes to the contract are noticed.

  • Unable to find invoice for export in current month

    Invoices are displayed on the export screen in a particular month. The month of the invoice is taken from the invoice date and not from another date, such as the due date.

    The invoice date is therefore leading in terms of month for export periods. For example: Invoice date 22-05-2022 and due date 15-06-2022. This invoice will appear in the export under the month May.
