Email domains

General description #

An email domain is the web address that comes after the @ symbol in an email address. Common examples of email domains include gmail.com and yahoo.com, primarily used for personal email accounts.

However, most businesses create custom email domain names for their employees. For example, for a Johndoe@company.com email address, “company.com” is the email domain.

For now, only the Qbil-Trade user can set up the email domain from Qbil-Trade. Qbil-Trade will only allow emails from allowed domains and verify if the sender’s domain is verified or not by fetching that information from another source. Qbil-Trade does this by storing and verifying your company-wide email domains (allowed domains) in the database if the domain is successfully verified, It will be recorded in the database and then use that info to check if an email should be sent from the sender’s domain.

  • Unable to find invoice for export in current month

Invoices are displayed on the export screen in a particular month. The month of the invoice is taken from the invoice date and not from another date, such as the due date.

The invoice date is therefore leading in terms of month for export periods. For example: Invoice date 22-05-2022 and due date 15-06-2022. This invoice will appear in the export under the month May.
