Not able to export misc. sales invoice with “0” value?

If you have some Misc. sales invoices with a value “0” and are not able to export such invoices, Well, we got you!

In Qbil-Trade, you can export all invoices that have a value greater than “0”. However, there may be instances where you need to export invoices that have a value of “0” so that they can be processed in your accounting software.

To enable this option, you can turn on the setting “Allow export of miscellaneous sales invoices with a zero amount.” Qbil-Trade support can assist you in enabling this setting.

  • Unable to find invoice for export in current month

    Invoices are displayed on the export screen in a particular month. The month of the invoice is taken from the invoice date and not from another date, such as the due date.

    The invoice date is therefore leading in terms of month for export periods. For example: Invoice date 22-05-2022 and due date 15-06-2022. This invoice will appear in the export under the month May.
