Sales tracking

General description #

The sales tracking report provides information about the sales contracts. This report is a lot like the sales processing report in how it is put together. It is, however, more compact and shows exactly what sales have been made, but it does this on the contract level instead of the sales invoice level. You can see what purchase contract and/or stock lot a sale was linked to. It makes it easy to keep track of all the sales that have been made on a sales contract.

Objectives/Purposes #

The main purpose for which a sales tracking report can be used is to track the origin or source whether the contract or lot of the sales contracts.

You can also use the filters on different columns, like the product or supplier, to get specific information about all the sales contracts made for the selected product or supplier and where they came from.

  • Unable to find invoice for export in current month

Invoices are displayed on the export screen in a particular month. The month of the invoice is taken from the invoice date and not from another date, such as the due date.

The invoice date is therefore leading in terms of month for export periods. For example: Invoice date 22-05-2022 and due date 15-06-2022. This invoice will appear in the export under the month May.
