Setting up Mailgun config and DNS Records

In order to successfully send emails from Qbil-Trade to your own email address, you will need to process a number of required settings. Without these settings, there is a good chance emails will end up in spam email boxes at the receivers.

Please view our detailed video for step-by-step instructions on configuring your Mailgun and DNS settings:

Guide to setting up your mailgun and DNS configuration in Qbil-Trade

Your system administrator and/or DNS administrator can apply these settings. You will need to supply them with the following information:

The following TXT records will have to be applied for your email domain. In our case, that domain would be considered qbil.software because our email address is info@qbil.software. In the information below, replace all the bold text with your own domain name.

The information below can be copied and forwarded to your system or DNS admin. Just make sure to remind them to replace the bold qbil.software text with your own domain name.

qbil.software

email._domainkey.qbil.software

v=spf1 include:spf.qbiltrade.com ~all

The values for this will be supplied in a separate file named qbil.software.txt (qbil.software will be your own domain name here)

The key supplied by us is considered a “2048 key”. If your system/dns admin is not able to add this key, then please let us know. We will be able to provide you with a “1024 key” as well.

If you or your system/DNS admin have any further questions regarding this, then please do not hesitate to contact us directly on our phone number, + 31 (0) 318 50 20 26, or send us an email at support@qbil.nl.

  • Unable to find invoice for export in current month

    Invoices are displayed on the export screen in a particular month. The month of the invoice is taken from the invoice date and not from another date, such as the due date.

    The invoice date is therefore leading in terms of month for export periods. For example: Invoice date 22-05-2022 and due date 15-06-2022. This invoice will appear in the export under the month May.
