General description #

The shipped goods overview report is a customer-specific report currently used by businesses with access to the Qbil-Trade own factory module. This report summarises all of the products shipped from these factories. This report can be filtered to show only data from a specific time period. The time period is entered into the report’s date filter. This report retrieves silo-to-silo and silo-to-sales orders that have been completed (finalised or pre-finalized). With this report, you can also track the quantity of a specific product or products shipped to a particular customer by filtering data in the respective columns.

The report is available only for customers with configuration own factory.enabled set to true.

Additional Filters #

The additional filter available for the report is “Date Range” using which you can select “From date” and “To date”. The filter applies to the column “Departure date”. Thus using this filter enables you to view the orders that have the departure date falling between the selected dates.

Columns #

• Factory: The factory from where the order was shipped is given in this column. On hover, it displays the info text “Factory”.
• Order Number: The display number of the order is given in this column. On hover, displays the info text “Order number”.
• Product code: The name of the product is given in this column. The value is fetched from the own factory screen. On hover, displays the info text “Short code of the product”.
• Customer: The lot or customer name from the own factory screen of the order is displayed in this column. On hover, displays the info text “Lot or relation name from the destination side of the orderline”.
• Customer Unloading address city: The city of the unloading address is given in his column. On hover, displays the info text “City of the unloading address”.
• Transporter: The transporter or carrier for the shipment is displayed in this field. The value is retrieved from the field “transporter” in own factory Screen. On hover, it displays the info text “Transporter”.
• Unloading reference: Any unloading reference added for the order in order UI is displayed in this column. On hover, displays the info text “Unloading reference”.
• License plate: The license plate number of the vehicle transporting the goods is given in this column. The value is retrieved from the field “License Plate” of own factory screen. On hover, displays the info text “License plate number”.
• Trailer Number: The trailer number of the vehicle is displayed in this column. The value is retrieved from the field “Trailer number” of own factory screen. On hover, displays the info text “Trailer number”.
• Weight Ticket Number: The weighing ticket number of the order fetched from the own factory screen is displayed in this column. On hover, displays the info text “Weighing ticket number of the order”.
• Weight: The actual cargo weight of products as per the own factory screen is given in this column. On hover, it displays the info text “Weight”.
• Quantity Unit: The quantity unit of the contract is displayed in this column. On hover, the column displays the short info text “Unit used in quantity.”
• Silos: The name of the source tank or silo for the product is given in this column. On hover, it displays the info text “Silos”.
• Arrival date: The Arrival date of products at own factory is provided in this column. On hover, displays the info text “Arrival date of products at own factory”.
• Arrival Time: The exact time of arrival of products at own factory is given in this column. On hover, displays the info text “Exact time of arrival of products at own factory “.
• Departure date: The departure date of goods from own factory is given in this column. On hover, displays the info text “Departure date”.
• Departure Time: The exact information about the time of departure of goods from own factory is shown in this column. On hover, displays the info text “Exact information about the time of departure of goods “.
• Sales contract: The sales contract number of the order (Silo to Sales order) is displayed in this column. This value is fetched from the related order. On hover, displays the info text “Sales contract number”.
• Attachments added: This column displays if any attachments are uploaded for the order on own factory screen. The value in the column is displayed as “Yes” or “No”. On hover, displays the info text “Attachments added to contract”.
