General description #

Report tank level gives you an overview of the level of silos as per the quantity received and shipped from the silos. This report is based on the tank levels screen in own factory module. The entries in the tank level screen are updated daily and separately for each silo and thus provide data in the report accordingly.

The report is available only for customers with configuration own factory.enabled set to true.

Additional filters #

The additional filter available in the report is “Date Range” which allows you to select “From date” and “To date“. The date column in the report is where the filter is applied. To display silo entries and various other information like tank level on the day before, the ordered quantity on a particular date, finalised status etc. between the chosen dates for silos, you can use this filter.

Columns #

• Date: The date of the silo entry is given in this column. On hover, the column displays the short info text “Date”.
• Silo name: The name of the silo is given in this column. This value is fetched from the field “silo name” from the tank levels screen. On hover, the column displays the short info text “Name of silo”.
• Tank level yesterday: The quantity of product in the silo on the previous day is mentioned in this column. On hover, the column displays the short info text “Quantity of product in the silo on the previous day”.
• Total Ordered quantity: This column gives the quantity of product added to the silos on the specific date as per the column “date”. On hover, the column displays the short info text “Quantity of product added to the silos on the specific date”.
• All finalized: This column gives information on whether all the mutations related to the orders of the silo are finalized or not. The information is given through “yes” or “no” values. On hover, the column displays the short info text “Information on whether all the mutations related to the orders of the silo are finalized or not”.
• Tank level end: The remaining quantity of products in the silo on the day is given in this column. On hover, the column displays the short info text “Remaining quantity of products in the silo on the day”.
• Factory production: This column shows the quantity of product available in the silo on the specific date as per the column “date”. On hover, the column displays the short info text “Factory production”.
• Factory: The factory column displays the city of the address of the silo. On hover, the column displays the short info text “City of the address of the silo”.
