Transport Order

General description #

You can create a transport order from the order screen. The transport order is a document that provides the details regarding the carrier that transports goods or products from source to destination per certain guidelines on where and how to ship and deliver the goods. The order specifies all important information such as sender, recipient, time slot, cargo, transport vehicle and price.

Create a new transport order #

  • Enter the carrier and cost details of the order.
  • After saving the order, the transport order will be generated.

You can book a transport order from the purchase invoice screen.

Accounts and Financial

  • Unable to find invoice for export in current month

    Invoices are displayed on the export screen in a particular month. The month of the invoice is taken from the invoice date and not from another date, such as the due date.

    The invoice date is therefore leading in terms of month for export periods. For example: Invoice date 22-05-2022 and due date 15-06-2022. This invoice will appear in the export under the month May.
