General description #
The screen displays information about your Qbil-Trade user account. You can update your account information on this screen, including your password, phone number, and primary and secondary emails. However, please make sure that no other user at your company is using the email address as their primary email before updating your primary email associated with your account. You can add multiple email addresses as secondary emails, which can be used for sending emails on various screens such as contracts, order documents, and invoices.
Furthermore, you have the option to upload a signature for your account, which will be printed on the layouts when you mail or preview them.
In addition, you can set your local timezone and language using this screen. You can also add your functioning department in your organisation like Logistics, trading, finance, accounts, etc using the option “Function.”
The preferred correspondence language is your (user’s) preferred language while communicating with Qbil-trade.
The language you choose for correspondence will be used by Qbil-Trade when communicating with you, including for marketing purposes, such as sending emails, offers, newsletters, etc.
On the current logged-in device, you can also reset 2FA for your account from this screen (only if your administrator has enabled it).
If an active user has not logged in for the preceding 30 days, they will receive a reminder email on their primary email address.
