An invoice not appearing in the export screen can be caused by various reasons depending on how your organization works. There are a number of configuration options that can influence this too.
A few things to check:
- Have you checked if the invoice hasn’t been exported already?
- Have you printed or e-mailed the invoice yet? (Config dependant)
- Have you finalized the order line in the order screen yet? (Config dependant)
- Are the invoice date month and month of export the same month?
