General description #

The planning screen in Qbil-Trade provides you with the monthly overview of the open/planned orders and the other information related to the orders like product being traded, supplier/customer involved, order date, loading/unloading address and time etc. The contracts with planned quantities set in the planning section and open orders (orders with 00/00/0000 as the order date) will be displayed on the planning screen.

Sections #

Selection #

The selection section in the planning screen allows you to select and filter the data for the calendar section. The selection made in the various dropdowns of the section, like the trader, product, carrier, loading address, etc., will filter the results accordingly in the calendar section.

Calendar #

The calendar section displays the overview of your orders in various months. It displays the orders of particular dates with the type and number of orders. Week column gives the weekly number of orderlines with their respective source and destination type like to stock, from stock, direct sales, production orders, movement, and unplanned.

On clicking a date on the calendar section, you will be redirected to the agenda screen of the date. The agenda screen displays all the order details of a particular date in groups based on the type of the order, like production orders, purchase contracts, sales contracts, unplanned sales, etc.

Order section #

The order section of the planning screen displays all the contracts and open orders per month.

Contract pos.: The contract pos filters and displays all the contracts with some planned quantity. The contract number displays the product, price per 1000 kg, relation name, and planning schedule.

Open Orders: The open orders filter displays the open orders, i.e., orders having 00/00/0000 as the order date. It displays the order, purchase, and sales contract numbers with the product and relation’s name.
