General description #

The product section in the relation screen allows you to link product(s) to a relation. Only linked products will appear in the product drop-down selection when creating contracts (purchases or sales) for the relation. However, this functionality works when a relation is checked as purchase or sales restricted in the relation screen. Check purchase restricted when the relation is linked as a supplier of the product, and sales restricted when the relation is linked as a buyer of the product.

Adding a product to a relation #

  1. Click or press “Add.”
  2. Enter the relevant data and fill in the mandatory fields marked in red.
  3. Click or press “Save,” and a product is added to a relation.

  • Unable to find invoice for export in current month

    Invoices are displayed on the export screen in a particular month. The month of the invoice is taken from the invoice date and not from another date, such as the due date.

    The invoice date is therefore leading in terms of month for export periods. For example: Invoice date 22-05-2022 and due date 15-06-2022. This invoice will appear in the export under the month May.
