Report quality

General description #

The report quality is a customer-specific report for businesses that store their products in tanks (silos). The quality report or quality report provides statistical information about the quality of products received in tanks (silos) from various orders. The product analysis agreed upon in the contract determines the product’s quality. As a result, this report enables you to assess the quality of the products received. Product quality is tested in factories on multiple parameters and compared to the product analysis agreed upon in the related contract. As a result, this report will assist you in gaining an understanding of the product’s quality. If the received product does not meet the contract’s quality (product analysis), you can either claim a discount or return the order to the supplier.

The report is available only for customers with configuration own factory.enabled set to true.

Additional Filters #

The date range filter is available for the report. You can select “From date” and “To date” and the “destination arrival date” of the orders that comes between the selected dates are displayed in the report. Thus you can filter the report on the basis of “Destination arrival date”.

Columns #

  • Factory: The factory column displays the name of the factory from where the order is shipped. On hover, the column displays the short info text “Factory”.
  • Subsidiary: The name of the operating subsidiary for the order is displayed in this column. On hover, the column shows the short info text “Subsidiary that owns the contract/lot”.
  • Contract number: The contract number of the contract(sales or purchase) related to the order is given in this column. On hover, the column displays the short info text “Contract number”.
  • Order number: The display number of the order is given in this column. On hover, the column displays the short info text “Order number”.
  • BL number: Any BL number added to the order regarding the carrier is displayed in this column. On hover, the column displays the short info text “Transport Booking number”.
  • Supplier: The name of the supplier of the product is given in this column. On hover, the column displays the short info text “The supplier”.
  • Supplier reference: Any reference related to the supplier is mentioned in this column. On hover, the column displays the short info text “Supplier reference number”.
  • Loading Reference: The loading reference mentioned on the related orderline is displayed in this column. On hover, the column displays the short info text “Loading reference”.
  • Silos: The name of the source tank or silo for the product is given in this column. On hover, the column displays the short info text “Silos”.
  • Product code: The name of the product is shown in this column. On hover, the column displays the short info text “Short code of the product”.
  • Planned delivery date: The unloading date entered in the order which is reflected in the own factory screen also is displayed in this column. On hover, the column displays the short info text “Planned delivery date”.
  • Planned delivery time: The time of delivery whether AM or PM mentioned in the order screen is displayed in this column. On hover, the column displays the short info text “Planned delivery time”.
  • Destination arrival date: The arrival date entered by own factory users which is fetched in the order screen also is given in this field. On hover, the column displays the short info text “Arrival date at destination”.
  • Destination arrival time: The arrival time entered by the own factory users for the order is given in this column. This value is updated on the related order screen also. On hover, the column displays the short info text “Arrival time at destination”.
  • Destination Departure date: The departure date entered by the own factory user for the order is displayed in this column. The value is updated in the related order also. On hover, the column displays the short info text “Departure date the destination”.
  • Destination departure time: The departure time in the own factory screen of the order is given in this column. On hover, the column displays the short info text “Departure time at destination”.
  • Weight CMR: The weight or quantity of products given in the origin of the orderline which is mentioned on the CMR also is displayed in this column. On hover, the column displays the short info text “Weight CMR”.
  • Actual Cargo weight: The actual weight of the product updated at the own factory is displayed in this column. On hover, the column displays the short info text “Actual cargo weight”.
  • Unloading reference: Any reference regarding the unloading of products added in the orderline is displayed in this column. On hover, the column displays the short info text “Unloading reference”.
  • Unloading remarks: The unloading remarks added for the order are displayed in this column. On hover, the column displays the short info text “Unloading remarks”.
  • Tank number: The tank number used for the storage of products at the factory is given in this column. The value for the column is fetched from the field tank number in own factory order screen. On hover, the column displays the short info text “Tank number”.
  • Remarks: Any remarks added in the destination of the orderline are displayed in this column. On hover, the column displays the short info text “Remarks chosen in the contract or placed at stock lot”.

The rest of the columns give the contracted and actual composition of various components present in the product.

Accounts and Financial

  • Unable to find invoice for export in current month

    Invoices are displayed on the export screen in a particular month. The month of the invoice is taken from the invoice date and not from another date, such as the due date.

    The invoice date is therefore leading in terms of month for export periods. For example: Invoice date 22-05-2022 and due date 15-06-2022. This invoice will appear in the export under the month May.
