General description #

The waiting hours report lists the carrier’s waiting times at the factory. The report displays the arrival and departure times of the trucks at the factory and thus calculates the carrier’s waiting time span at the factory per order. The waiting hours report is a customer-specific report that customers who use their own factory module access. The report includes orders for inbound, outbound, and stock relocation (Silo to Silo). 

The report is available only for customers with configuration own factory.enabled set to true.

Additional filters #

The date range filter is available for the report in which “From date” and “To date” can be selected. Using the filter you can track the carriers that arrived at the company location(factory) between the selected dates. you can track the waiting hours of these carriers arriving at the factory between the selected date range.

Columns #

• Factory: The factory from where the order was shipped is given in this column. On hover, it displays the info text “Factory”.
• Order number.: The order number is displayed in this column. On hover, it displays the info text “Order number”.
• Product code: The shortcode of the product is given in this column. The value is fetched from the own factory screen. On hover, it displays the info text “Short code of the product”.
• Transporter: The supplier or transporter of the order is displayed in this column. For inbound orders, the name of the supplier of the product is given and for outbound orders, the name of the transporter is displayed. On hover, it displays the info text “Transporter”.
• Weight: The weight of the product received at the factory is displayed in the column. The value is fetched from the field “Actual Cargo weight” of the own factory screen. On hover, it displays the info text “Weight”.
• Quantity Unit: The Quantity unit from the contract related to the order is displayed in this column. On hover, the column displays the short info text “Unit used in quantity.”
• Contract Number: The contract number of the order is displayed in this column. For inbound orders, any unloading reference is mentioned in the column and for outbound orders, the contract number along with the customer name is given in this column. On hover, it displays the info text “Contract number”.
• Arrival date: The arrival date of the order mentioned in own factory screen is given in this column. On hover, it displays the info text “Arrival date of products at own factory”.
• Expected time: The time window whether AM or PM of the arrival time of the order is displayed in this column. On hover, it displays the info text “Time window whether am or pm”.
• Arrival time The arrival time of the order(truck) at the factory is displayed in this column. The value is fetched from the own factory screen. On hover, it displays the info text “Exact time of arrival of products at own factory”.
• Departure time: The leaving or departure time of the truck from the factory is displayed in this column. This value is retrieved from the own factory screen. On hover, it displays the info text “Exact time of departure of products at own factory”.
• Total time: The time span between the arrival time and departure time of the truck is displayed in this column. This column gives the total timespan of a truck waiting at the factory. On hover, it displays the info text “Time span between arrival and departure time of truck”.
• Remarks: Any remarks added on the own factory screen for the order are displayed in this column. On hover, it displays the info text “Remarks chosen in the contract or placed at stock lot”.
