Certifications

General description #

The certifications report provides details about the certificates that are available to the subsidiary with associated relations. This is directly linked to the ‘Quality Assurance’ module and only users with this module will see this report with data. Companies are certified to deliver certain products or in a certain way, they have these certifications for this and these certifications have expiry dates and then need to be renewed if the company wants.

In Qbil-Trade, you can link these certificates to relations in the relation root data and the report will list all these certificates with their details in this report. Quality assurance can quickly sort by expiry date for example, to see if they might need to check if certain companies are still certified, and if not, they might not be able/want to purchase certain products anymore from them.

The report is available only for customers with configuration quality_ assurance.enabled enabled.

  • Unable to find invoice for export in current month

Invoices are displayed on the export screen in a particular month. The month of the invoice is taken from the invoice date and not from another date, such as the due date.

The invoice date is therefore leading in terms of month for export periods. For example: Invoice date 22-05-2022 and due date 15-06-2022. This invoice will appear in the export under the month May.
